Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes
- Experience in EDI operations and technical issue resolution
- Proficiency in EDI software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
- Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of medical billing processes are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
