Job Description

Description: The Assistant Manager in the Examination Unit will work with the examination team to monitor and evaluate the academic standards of TCF schools. Responsibilities include developing examination papers, monitoring subject standards, providing analytical reports, and assisting sister units.

  • Develop subject-specific examination papers for students, teachers, and principals.
  • Monitor and evaluate subject standards of TCF Schools throughout the academic session.
  • Provide performance-based analytical reports and recommendations.
  • Support sister units (M&E and Federal) as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Strong subject knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, Google Suite, Power BI, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Eagerness to stay updated on assessment approaches.
  • Ability to meet short deadlines.
  • Manage multiple tasks within given timeframes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Education: Masters preferably in Education or Social Science.

Experience: At least 3+ years of teaching experience.
