Job Description
The purpose of this position is to work as a Finance Business partner managing MIS and reporting, and assisting the Digital Business Finance Controller in various advisory, monitoring, and reporting roles.
- Generate MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Ensure to share the relevant reports with relevant users.
- Prepare and disseminate financial and non-financial MIS/ data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze financial, operational, and management data and develop MIS for timely and effective reporting, and trend analysis in various scenarios as per the leading practices in different business units.
- Assist Digital Finance team leads to monitor and timely report any changes that may require recorded costs.
- Assist Digital Finance team leads to record revenue as per correct accounting treatment and applicable IFRS and IAS.
- Assist and manage the BI dashboard that will represent a summary of transactions (Daily, Weekly, Monthly). Systems include T24, Fundamo, Oracle Financial, and other systems.
- Assist Digital Finance team leads to continuously monitor the budgetary position of every Cost and Revenue center. Also, assist in the annual budgetary process, including data entry of the annual budget in Hyperion Finance Management System.
- Identify opportunities to automate finance processes and improve service level TAT within the DBG and inter-departments/functions/groups, e.g. revenue postings, provision of advances, cost reconciliation, and sundry accounts.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters with a major in Finance/Professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/ACMA) is preferred.
Minimum Experience: 2 to 3 Years of relevant experience as a Finance Business Partner or Financial Analyst.
Job Specific Skills: Good command over Business Finance and Accounting.
