Job Description
Optimum HR is looking for a highly skilled Assistant Manager of Finance to enhance our financial operations concerning engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate financial strategies and budgets.
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Manage cash flow and implement internal controls.
- Lead and supervise finance team members.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
