Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager HR. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the strategic planning and implementation of human resources policies and initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the HR Manager in executing HR strategies and programs
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
- Assisting in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations
- Conducting HR data analysis and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
