Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR at BTCM Consulting in Karāchi. The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves supporting the HR Manager in developing HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance the overall employee experience.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Experience in developing HR policies and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
