Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager HR to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee benefits administration and payroll.
- Conduct regular training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a BPO or ITES environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
