Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
  • Performance Management: Support evaluations and provide feedback.
  • HR Analytics: Analyze data to measure employee engagement.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
  • Employee Database Management: Maintain accurate records.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate programs and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews and make recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Proven HR, recruitment, and talent management experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
