Job Title: Assistant Manager HR

Job Description:
- Identify training needs and develop training materials and sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Oversee HR operations for compliance with EOBI and social security regulations.
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and handle related issues.
- Develop performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers.
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years HR experience.
- BBA/MBA in HR or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, ATS, and HRIS.
