Job Description
Are you passionate about HVAC systems and have experience in leading a team? We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager HVAC to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will assist the Manager in coordinating the team’s activities and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of HVAC technicians and ensuring smooth workflow
- Planning, scheduling, and assigning tasks for installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Monitoring the quality of work and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance to the team
- Collaborating with other departments to meet project requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills, are essential.
