Role Description
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the import and export of technology products across the globe.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and compliance with customs regulations.
- Handle all import and export documentation.
- Maintain effective communication with all international clients/vendors and resolve escalations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on shipments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for all business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain / International Relations / International Business / Operations Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of similar experience in handling international trade.
- Excellent Business and English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as other relevant software applications.
