Job Description
Job Duties:
- Proficient in IP database searches for patents, trademarks, and copyrights, analyzing prior art.
- Assisting in patent, trademark, and copyright filings and managing various IP areas.
- Analyzing potential IP infringement and maintaining detailed records.
- Collaborating with internal teams to safeguard IP assets.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of IP management experience.
- Legal or science degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Strong understanding of patent, trademark, and copyright laws.
- Experience with IP search and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and proficiency in IP management software.
