Role Description
This is an Assistant Manager IT Support role, located on-site in Karachi Division. The Assistant Manager IT Support will be responsible for managing and leading help desk related issues and software development, monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues, configuring hardware and software, maintaining system security, and ensuring the company’s technology infrastructure is up to date and functioning efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Diploma in IT.
- Minimum of 05 years’ experience in IT support or software development field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical support
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting and support
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
