Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager at Jalal Sons in Lahore. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations, coordinating and supervising staff, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Communication, and Team Management skills
- Inventory Management and Supply Chain knowledge
- Customer Service and Problem-solving skills
- Sales and Marketing experience
- Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends
