Job Description
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Legal at Etihad Real Estate in Rahim Yar Khan. Responsibilities include legal document preparation, compliance, consulting, and affairs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Procure legal documents like e-stamp papers.
- Register various documents with Sub-registrars.
- Draft legal documents vetted by Group Head Legal.
- Attend Court Cases and represent the Company.
- Liaise with external legal counsels.
- Manage legal advice and compliance.
Education and Experience:
- LLB from an HEC recognized University.
- Advocate of the High Courts with 5 years’ experience.
