Position: Assistant Manager Litigation
Location: Islamabad
Reporting to: Manager Legal – Litigation
Job Type: Permanent
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all litigation activities for the organization.
- Ensure legal interests are protected and litigation processes are conducted efficiently.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements, work with internal teams and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee nationwide litigation, negotiate closures of legal notices.
- Manage legal issues with government authorities and ensure compliance.
- Supervise all legal matters of the company and provide legal support.
- Represent the company in court, provide legal opinions and identify risks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelors Degree and advocate license for high courts of Pakistan.
- Work Experience: Minimum 4 years in handling litigation.
