Job Description
Work as the sales team, 3rd Party Merchandizing agency & distributors to manage trade stock freshness. Ensure compliance of the process, identify resources required and operate within the assigned Sales Return Target & budget. Ensure FEFO Management across Trade via Merchandizing Force. Ensure Destruction SOP across Distribution network. Responsible for setting annual target and maintaining Market Freshness Score.
Responsible for Distributor’s Market Hygiene payout & Freshness Management. Highlight Near Expiry Stocks in Trade and Ensure liquidation/rotation before expiry. Lead digitization in Sales Return function, liaison with Tech partner to bring efficiency in Value chain. Analyze sales returns data monthly and share action points with regional leaders, Revenue Planning Managers and leadership teams.
Ensure Sales Returns Policy is updated, communicated and followed by the sales team. Articulate and present monthly root cause analysis for Sales Returns providing recommendations for improvement.
