Job Description
Company Description:
Moiz Steel, located in Dera Ismail Khan, KPK region, is Pakistan’s most advanced high-speed rebar rolling mill with an annual production capacity of 200,00 MT. The company manufactures grade 60 quality steel rebars (10mm to 36mm).
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Rawalpindi. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring inventory levels, supervising staff, and ensuring quality control procedures are followed. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for producing reports and communicating with other departments to ensure all aspects of the production process are running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing operations and managing inventory levels
- Supervisory skills and experience managing staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and ability to ensure compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
