Job Description
Job Summary:
To execute trial, stability, and scale-up batches, plan material arrangement, and prepare related documentation. Supervise commercial batches, evaluate CPPs, and ensure manufacturing process transfer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify product’s CPPs and CQAs, evaluate products for tech transfer.
- Evaluate products for technology transfer from lab to commercial scale.
- Organize scale-up and tech transfer batches based on business needs.
- Assess risks and prepare for scale-up and tech transfer.
- Prepare BMRs for developmental activities.
- Manage material arrangement, execute scale-up batches, and revise SOPs.
- Document all development activities, prepare commercial BMRs.
- Execute product development activities on SAP.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Pharm D degree with strong communication and computer skills.
- 4-6 years of pharmaceutical work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, and technology transfer.
