Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Manager – HR to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, handling employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Human Resource Management, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology sector, preferably within a software house. Strong expertise in talent acquisition and performance management is required.
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs70,00.00.
