Job Description
PayMedics is looking for a seasoned Assistant Manager to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in the medical billing field, with at least two to three years in a supervisory or management support role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily medical billing operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage billing teams to meet targets while promoting high performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on billing performance and revenue cycles.
- Work with management to improve billing processes.
