Darson Industries, a leading manufacturer of industrial rubber products since 1953, is seeking an Assistant Manager of Product Development to join their team in Wazirabad. The role involves overseeing product development tasks, collaborating with teams, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assign development projects to engineers
- Monitor tooling development
- Coordinate with department heads and suppliers
- Manage RFQs from local OEMs
- Implement QMS/EMS
- Promote teamwork
Qualifications:
- Product development and manufacturing experience
- Market research and data analysis skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Automotive industry experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
