Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is on the lookout for a committed Assistant Manager for Training to lead our learning initiatives within our growing BPO/Call Center operations. This position will involve designing and implementing impactful training programs aimed at enhancing agent performance, elevating customer experience, and aligning with our organizational goals.
The key responsibilities include facilitating training for new hires and ongoing employee development, performing Training Needs Analysis (TNA), monitoring training KPIs, coaching trainers, and collaborating closely with various departments.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Training & Development within a BPO environment, with exceptional facilitation and coaching abilities.
