Job Description
Ruba Digital is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager of Training and Development to join our dynamic team. You will conduct training needs assessments, design effective programs, and deliver impactful sessions. Key responsibilities include evaluating training effectiveness and managing logistics.
Applicants should possess strong communication skills and a BBA/MBA/MHRM/MPA degree with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience. This full-time position is based in Gulberg 3, Lahore.
Compensation ranges from Rs120,00.00 to Rs140,00.00 per month. Application deadline: January 1, 2025.
