Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking applications for the position of “Assistant Manager OMS” at DHL Global Forwarding. The role involves managing key customer relationships, overseeing Ocean Freight – Order Management Solution (OMS) activities, and ensuring efficient operations to meet KPIs and customer expectations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Address customer complaints and inquiries
- Develop relationships with existing customers
- Ensure team compliance with company standards
- Coordinate with other departments for updates to customers
- Collaborate on procedures to enhance service quality
- Analyze complaints, Receivables & Payables, and KPIs
- Experience with INX, GSC, CW1, Receivable & Payable systems
