Job Description
Drive and lead the lean management practices across the plant embedding them in culture
Achieve operational efficiencies through initiating, implementing & executing continuous improvement projects
Define and map current processes and create a future ideal state map of value streams
Create and implement plans to turn the current state map into the future state map using lean techniques
Engage and mobilize participation of the stakeholders and employees of various departments, suppliers and customers of the required changes before and as the plan is implemented
Identify and justify projects for reducing costs, improving quality and increasing production as part of establishing a continuous improvement environment
Perform root cause analysis of problems along with generating solutions to avoiding future reoccurrence
Effectively communicate and follow-up with different internal and external stakeholders for implementation of projects
Assist Head of Operational Excellence in creating and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
Lead training and development of staff on best practices at respective location
Ensure performance measurement and monitoring of KPIs through dashboards and data analysis
Perform audits and checks across the location and provide visibility to Head of Operational Excellence
Monitoring progress of NPDs at manufacturing Site
