Job Description
Position Purpose
This position will be responsible for delivery of projects and operational processes related to performance, talent optimization and OD initiatives in line with various business unit requirements.
Job Description
- Assist with all elements of talent and performance management including succession planning, talent assessments, progression, growth, and performance improvement.
- Support data analytics, maintenance of performance data, career management, and HR policy design.
- Aid in OD communications, HR event arrangements, report preparation, and HR process automation.
- Conduct diagnostics for OD projects and fulfill other assigned responsibilities.
Experience and Qualification
- Masters/Bachelors in HR from a recognized university with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Specific Requirements
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Analytical, research, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and any HRIS.
