Job Description
Job Summary:
The job role involves managing the purchase of Promotional materials and services.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Procurement Manager on contract and price negotiations with suppliers
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for promotional materials and services
- Coordinate PR to PO process and ensure timely ordering
- Maintain coordination with internal teams and Suppliers for timely deliveries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies
- Implement company procurement policies for strategy monitoring
- Take long-term initiatives for efficiency and cost-effectiveness of promotional materials
- Prepare strategies for management of internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- MBA in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Pharma industry or MNC procurement
- Experienced in end-to-end procurement process
- Proven track record in driving commercial value and cost efficiency
- Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana and E-auction software
