Kitchen Cuisine has been in the food service business since 1988 with various operations, including the flagship high street bakery brand, Kitchen Cuisine, a bespoke events catering business, QSRs, and restaurants.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Procurement. The Assistant Manager Procurement will be responsible for handling day-to-day procurement activities such as supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, analytics, and contract management. The role is based in Rawalpindi.
Qualifications
Procurement Skills
- Experience in supplier evaluation and contract negotiation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage contracts and engage with vendors effectively
General Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field such as supply chain management, business administration, or relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager Procurement or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems knowledge is a plus
