Job Description
We are seeking energetic and experienced Assistant Manager Production Packaging to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize the production packaging operations of OSD and sterile products and to ensure that material losses are kept under control and that material consumption, outputs, machines, and labor hours are accurately recorded in SAP.
- Ensure that changeover costs are kept under control and production capacities are used efficiently.
- Adherence to safety regulations and cGMP in the production packaging area.
- Ensure that machines receive preventative maintenance in accordance with engineering.
- Responsible for providing appropriate training and development to ensure that the packaging floor complies with the EHS standards.
- Assure that production employees receive SOP and fundamental cGMP training in an appropriate manner.
- Prepare, review, and amend BPRs, SOPs, and production formats and find any gaps so that operations can be improved in accordance with standard guidelines.
- Responsible for projects pertaining to operational excellence and the timely submission of pertinent reports.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- Pharm D with 4 to 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within complaint Production Packaging environment.
- Strong knowledge of packaging material, processes, and equipment.
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
