Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Aligning with the overall business goals and resource allocation
- Ensuring timely delivery of raw materials in coordination with procurement team
- Managing day-to-day operational tasks related to specific production runs managing detailed planning and execution
- Ensuring that raw materials are available for production on time is at the Warehouse
- Maintaining reports related to material stock, MRP data, production versions, and other operational details
- Transferring shop orders to relevant areas
You will be required to have:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree. Masters will be preferred
- At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
- An understanding of how to create and manage production schedules efficiently
- Familiarity with creating and managing process orders for manufacturing and packaging
- Knowledge of MRP systems and processes
- An understanding of the policies and procedures for transferring shop orders to relevant areas
- In-depth understanding of Pharma-specific standards and best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to address challenges creatively and improve processes
- Excellent attention to detail
