Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Quality Assurance at Gourmet Pakistan in Multan. Responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring compliance.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and products.
- Collaborate with production teams to address issues.
- Perform risk assessments and hazard analyses for food safety.
- Establish quality standards for materials and maintain records.
- Submit quality assurance reports and provide training to staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology.
- 6-8 years of experience in Beverage Industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
