Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Credit Recovery at The-Hiring plays a crucial role in managing overdue accounts and implementing strategies to minimize bad debt. Key responsibilities include monitoring delinquent accounts, negotiating payment terms, and collaborating with the legal team on escalated cases to ensure effective recovery.
To qualify for this position, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in credit recovery. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in ERP systems are vital. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs100,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
