Job Description
Crown Group of Companies is currently seeking talented and motivated individuals for the role of Assistant Manager Research & Development in the Automotive industry.
Role Description:
- Assist in developing concepts, products, and solutions by collaborating with business units.
- Establish project goals and priorities in partnership with Marketing and Operations.
- Facilitate the transfer of new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes.
- Manage customer relationships, conduct RFP Reviews, Customer Visits, and Product Testing.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in mixed research methods, statistical procedures, and data management tools.
- Experience with statistical & data management packages like Excel, SPSS, STATA, Eviews, R Language.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, business administration, or education.
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in research, evaluation, data analysis, or statistics.
Location: Sindh Industrial Trading Estate SITE, Karachi.
