Job Description
Join us at HBL Microfinance Bank LTD as the Assistant Manager Rewards & Analytics. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of our reward and recognition policies. Responsibilities include managing salary, bonus, benefits, and employee recognition programs, conducting data analysis, formulating proposals, and ensuring budget compliance.
- Formulate and review HR policies
- Analyze compensation practices and salary surveys
- Administer HR workforce planning
- Monitor HR costs and provide analytics
- Support increment proposals and maintain employee data
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years HR experience with a focus on compensation and benefits.
