Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, RHR to support HR operations, recruitment, compensation, and employee relations. You will assist the HR Manager in implementing policies, managing performance processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate talent acquisition and onboarding
- Manage payroll and benefits administration
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare actionable reports
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, minimum 3 years of HR experience, strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. HRIS knowledge preferred.
