Job Description
Samad Rubber Works seeks an Assistant Manager, Sales Operations to oversee Customer Service and lead sales operations. Key responsibilities include scheduling regular customer meetings to maintain current accounts payable; preparing biannual customer feedback reports for distributors and direct clients; routing customer inquiries to appropriate departments and ensuring timely resolution; coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations; proactively managing receivables and collections; and distributing ledger and aging reports to stakeholders.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing.
- Experience: 3–4 years in Sales Operations.
- Skills: excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
