Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Manager to join our Sales & Distribution team at Shan Foods Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in managing the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) operations and ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and analysis to the Manager.
- Collaborate with the IT team to optimize the usage of SAP SD system.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SD module.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
