Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the position of Assistant Manager – Scheme. As an Assistant Manager – Scheme, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Manager in overseeing and coordinating all operations and activities related to the scheme.
- Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme’s objectives.
- Providing support and guidance to team members to optimize their performance.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the scheme and suggesting improvements as necessary.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are also essential for success in this role.
