Job Description
Description: The incumbent will be responsible for the successful transition of TCF Alumni to colleges and universities across Pakistan, and for extending support and interventions to ensure that they complete their tertiary education journey. The role involves career and socio-emotional counseling, scholarships management, engaging external stakeholders as needed, and operational duties to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with the management of TCF Alumni Support Programs
- Manage Support Interviews for all eligible students as per the TCF Policy across Pakistan
- Provide career counseling and support to intermediate and university level students
- Design and develop programs and interventions for various counseling needs of alumni
- Maintain active channel of communication with stakeholders within and outside of TCF
Required Skills: Knowledge of tertiary education programs, great interpersonal skills, experience with career counseling, empathy, problem-solving ability, operational astuteness, proficiency in cloud technologies and documentation.
Education: Bachelors – 4 years in a relevant discipline (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Sciences, HR, and business).
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience.
