Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware support to the employees of the institute.
- Arrange backup, follow up, installation, vendor quotation for hardware issues.
- Report and solve user problems, maintain daily follow-up, and monthly reports.
- Maintain record of monthly problems and solutions.
- Observation report on UPS (overloading) and manage audio-video equipment.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses, and network equipment.
- Assist in configuration, installation, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Diploma in Hardware Support.
- Knowledge of desktop operating systems and network protocols.
- Experience of 1-2 years in solving hardware problems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
