Job Description
Job Purpose:
To drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, and financial planning. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize stock availability and minimize operational risks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales and Operations Planning process to align demand, supply, and financial planning.
- Manage Forecast Bias and MAPE at regional level.
- Coordinate with supply planning to ensure stock availability.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Finance for budget working.
- Liaise between Sales and Supply Chain for demand signals.
- Ensure forecasted stock availability and network alignment.
- Develop supply, logistics, and customer service policies.
- Coordinate with other functions to avoid write-offs and participate in forums.
Background Requirements:
4-6 years of cross-functional team experience with strong communication and leadership skills.
Location:
Corporate Head office, Karachi.
