Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Super Shan Brothers located in Rawalpindi Cantonment. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
