Job Description

Position Description

  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates. Craft sourcing strategies for various roles, from entry-level to top-level positions.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events/drives to establish a strong employer brand and attract/hire qualified candidates.
  • Maintain talent pipeline with potential candidates and past applicants for current and future staffing needs. Oversee/improve overall candidate experience.
  • Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with our company’s strategy and business goals.
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition programs.

Position Specification

  • 3-4 years of experience, preferably in a hospital/health setup.
  • MBA (Human Resources) from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) with a solid command over MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR ERP software (FlowHcm, People Soft, HRIS).
