Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess staffing requirements and clearly define role specifications.
- Develop and publish engaging job postings.
- Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
- Facilitate interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Perform reference checks and manage recruitment databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
