Description
Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning selection procedures, and developing strong talent pipelines for the company’s hiring needs.
Recruitment
- Updating current & designing new recruiting procedures/leads and processing/tracking job submissions.
- Implementing new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting) and determining useful applicant markets.
- Managing recruitment database by documenting and presenting progress reports of recruiting campaigns.
- Creating candidate personas for open positions, conducting initial screenings, interviews, and referring qualified applicants to relevant departments for further interviews.
- Demonstrating a positive reflection of the organization to candidates.
Pre-Selection Assessment
- Facilitating in the design of assessments.
- Participating in the execution of Assessment Centers.
- Ensuring accurate statistics and records are maintained for Assessment Center candidates.
- Assisting in preliminary interviews of potential candidates.
Special Projects
- Working with the line manager on project deliverables for key Talent Acquisition projects.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using MS PowerPoint & MS Excel.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of HR processes.
- Good analytical skills.
- Relationship management skills.
- Quick learner.
- Proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn, Job boards, etc.

Bachelors in a relevant discipline
