Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with universities to execute various programs and projects for undergraduates/graduates.
• Foster relationships with university partners and stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and the organization.
• Drive initiatives to identify, attract, and retain top talent.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills to execute talent-related projects effectively.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize effective communication skills to convey talent management strategies and project updates.
• Independently lead and contribute to projects, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and initiative.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 years +
• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a talent management role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with universities and internal stakeholders.
• Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for talent development.
