Job Description
Position: Assistant Manager, Technical Services
Location: Karachi
Industry: Garments
Experience: Relevant experience of 3-5 years in garment industry
Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Technical Advisory and business development initiatives.
- Handle routine customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Educate customers about productivity enhancement solutions through technical sessions/thread trials.
- Liaise with Sales Team for collaborative business development opportunities.
- Support Sales Team with technical queries and on-ground problems.
- Conform with all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, and promote teamwork.
