Job Description
Ensure all ICU staff supervised comply with the policies and procedures established by IHHN; monitor staff discipline including uniforms, attendance and punctuality and overall performance. Periodically review department’s policies, procedures, job descriptions etc. and recommend revisions as required. Report incidents to senior management as necessary. Assign staff duties, make nursing staff duty roster, and implement the Ward Teaching Program for nursing staff. Coordinate with other departments, maintain inventories, and monitor proper functioning of equipment. Additional responsibilities include overseeing patient care, staff activities, and performing tasks as needed. Position: Assistant Manager, Company: The Indus Hospital
