Job Description

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on campaign planning and team leadership.

Requirements:

· Proven track record in digital marketing and expertise in paid advertising methodologies.

· Proven Track Record of establishing great PR campaigns and partnerships.

· Strong creative thinking and presentation skills, capable of inspiring and leading a team.

· Proficiency in data analysis to drive decision-making and campaign optimizations.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.

· Proficient in crafting and delivering presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.

Job Description:

Campaign Planning and Execution:

· Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and growth.

· Coordinate end-to-end campaign logistics, from conceptualization to implementation and analysis.

Team Management:

· Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and skill development.

· Delegate tasks, set objectives, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Creative Ideation and Presentation:
